Entry Form 2012 Photography Biennial
ELIGIBILITY and SPECIFICATIONS
The Charles
B. Goddard Fine Art Photography exhibition is open to
all artists above the age of 18 and any
photographic process. All work must have been
completed within the last two years. There are no
size restrictions but all entries must be framed,
mounted suitably for gallery presentation, with secure
hanging devices attached. Work must be delivered to The
Goddard Center between July 24th - July 28th.
Hours of the Center are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm - Tuesday
through Friday and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday. Hand delivered entries only.

When completing the entry form please indicate the
category in which the piece will be competing.

Any process is eligible
in any category. If
there is a special process involved please include the
information for the catalog and tags although this is
not required.
ENTRY FORM and FEES
A fee of $25.00 allows the entry of two works.
Two additional works may be entered for $5.00
each. Entry Fees are non-refundable. Checks are to be
made to the Charles B. Goddard Center.
Please fill out the
Entry Cards that are to be attached
to the upper left corner of each entry when bringing
work to the Center. The Charles B. Goddard Center for
the Visual and Performing Arts is located at 401 1st.
Ave. SW. All work is due by 4:00 pm July 28, 2012.
The Center will retain a 20% commission on all sales of
work during the exhibition. Entries not excepted by the
Juror may be picked up after the awards presentation on
August 10, 2012.
JUROR
Mary Karam is owner of the Mary Karam Gallery in Denison,
TX, which specializes in Fine Art, Printing and
Photography.
AWARDS
$500.00
for First in each category. $300.00 for second in each
category. $100.00 for Third in each category. Six Merit
awards of $50.00 each. These will be chosen at the
Juror’s discretion with no categorization of process.
PUBLICITY
The Goddard Center shall assume the
right to reproduce any entry for catalog or publicity
purposes related to this exhibition. Winners in all
categories will need to submit a .JPEG of at least 300
dpi for exhibit catalog.
OPENING RECEPTION AND AWARDS
All artists and their guests are
invited to the Opening Reception and Award Presentation
on Friday, August 10, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This
will be held in conjunction with the Monte Montgomery
Concert, which will start at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium
of the Charles B Goddard Center. Two tickets will be
provided for each of the three First place winners to
the concert.
This exhibit is
open to the public August 10 - September 7. Artwork can
be picked up after September 7 during regular
business hours.
