Galleries: Two Gallery Minimum After Business Hours
Price Per Gallery - No Food Served:
$150/day – 1st day
$100/day – each additional day

Price Per Gallery – Food Served:
$200/day – 1st day
$150 – each additional day

Theatre:
$400/day – 1st day
$350/day – each additional day

$25/hour – Technical Assistance (minimum of $100)

Additional Fees:
Piano Fee - $50
After Hours Staff Fee - $20/hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Security Deposit - $200 (refundable if facility is left in acceptable condition)
Returned Check Fee - $50
